Deeri was like her Q-siblings an excellent courser in her youth. Her record shows a total of three lure-coursing CCs. Her career was cut short due to toe fractures that led to the amputation of a toe. Deeri loved the outdoors whatever the weather. Just three weeks before her death, when a large tumor already hampered her movements, she joined us for her last forest run. On the way back I had to carry her at times but she didn't care - she always wanted to take part in everything, even when it was hard.
